Mango Lassi Recipe: Lassi is a natural drink made in summer, which is very easy to make. This lassi made from curd is beneficial for the stomach. However, here Mango Lassi has been made by mixing your favorite fruit mango with curd and this summer you can also enjoy Mango Lassi made easily.
Method – How to make Mango Lassi:
Take a two large bowl or cup, then Add yogurt, mango piece, sugar, cardamom powder, and ice cubes in the jar of a blender. Add milk. We got 2 large sweet mangoes pulp which we blended in jaar to make it a smoothie
Take a bowl, and add yogurt we have used plain whole milk yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add some more milk if the lassi is too thick. Glasses. Garnish with saffron strands, almond and pistachio slivers, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
Then after adding cold milk (or water). We add both to thin out the lassi a bit. Also, we add sugar and cardamom powder.
If you didn’t use frozen mango, you can also choose to chill the mango lassi in the fridge after blending so it’s nice and cold when drinking. Enjoy!
Blend everything until well combined with all things.
After that pour the mango lassi in serving glass
Garnish with saffron strands, almond and pistachio slivers, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.

3- ½ cup milk (cold)
4- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
5- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
